Q. What happens to student's network accounts when they are not registered for classes or when they graduate?

According to OHSU's Information Technology Group (ITG), the following protocols apply to student's network accounts:
Accounts will remain active for students on an approved leave of absence and for active joint program students. Accounts will remain active for students on breaks. Breaks can be for up to two terms as an active student before an account is deactivated. For example, when students take breaks during summer or any terms, they can still use their network accounts to log in to Sakai, Student Portal, or other systems.
Graduated students have 90 days after graduation before their accounts are deactivated.
