How much you owe for an overdue item depends on what type of item it is:
|General material||$.50 per day|
|Reserve material||Hourly loan: $.25 per hour|
$.50 per day
General material includes books and journals located within the OHSU print collection.
Reserve materials are items with hourly loan periods that you can check out from the Library service desks located in the Biomedical Information Communication Center (BICC) and the Learning Resource Center (LRC) on the 5th floor of the Collaborative Life Sciences Building (CLSB).
Summit materials are items borrowed from other libraries; they have different checkout periods than general materials but the same per day fine.
To find out whether you have any past due books or outstanding fines, log in to Your Library Account and select the Fines & Fees option on the left.
When your fines total $20 or more, your borrowing privileges will be suspended. To unblock your account, visit the Library Service Desk on the 3rd floor of the Biomedical Information Communication Center (BICC) building and pay your fine with cash or a credit/debit card.
