It depends on the journal….

There’s a site that lets you subscribe to open access and hybrid journal TOC’s, all from one place -  http://www.journaltocs.ac.uk/

If your journal isn’t on that list, there are other options:

•    If the journal title is indexed in CINAHL:  http://support.ebsco.com/knowledge_base/detail.php?id=4001

•    If the journal title is indexed in MEDLINE: https://www.nlm.nih.gov/bsd/viewlet/myncbi/jourup/index.html

•    Alternately, you can subscribe via the journal vendor. Here are Links to some common journal vendors:
