If you are an Oregon-licensed MD or DO with an OHSU barcode, your licensing fees pay for the Reprints Desk article delivery service. Learn more.

Other non-OHSU community users may request electronic PDFs of articles we own in print through our fee-based service. Log in or create an account.

Accounts

New users must create an account. Multnomah County Health Department employees can request articles by creating an account using their @multco.us email address.

Requests

Once you have an account, you can place requests by clicking Article or Chapter under New Requests on the left side of your screen. From there, you will be asked to provide citation information.

Fees

The fee for providing a PDF from the Library’s collection is $15 per request. Payment may be requested prior to receiving your requested PDF. Check with your local public or county library about no-cost options for article delivery or interlibrary loan services.

Turnaround time

PDFs typically arrive within 1-3 business days. Rush service may be available, depending on staff capacity, for an additional $10 fee; please email libdoc@ohsu.edu to inquire about rush service.

Availability

If the OHSU Library does not own your requested item, the request will be canceled. If the Library owns the item, once it is delivered, a PDF will remain accessible for 30 days.

Receiving items

You will receive an email notification letting you know when your requested item is available for viewing. To view fulfilled PDFs, log into your account and then click on View fulfilled PDFs located to the left of your screen.
